Love & Resilience Plant Essence Elixir

Many people find comfort and support in the power of plant essences/flower remedies. Here at Archeus I have been making my own plant essences from plants growing organically in my garden and surrounds for many years. I also offer training in working with plant energetics. Flower remedies are a form of vibrational medicine (think quantum physics!) that connect your emotional energy to the energetics of plants.  Their vibrational qualities can help your sense of wellbeing.

On Monday 20 Feb, one week on from the cyclone, I made this flower essence blend called Love & Resilience. It is made from plants growing organically in my garden, that have experienced and survived this cyclone.

I have selected them for their ability to help with stress, anxiety, remembrance, love, and how we digest life.

This elixir contains energetic extracts of:

• Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) - the lion-hearted
• Silver Birch (Betula alba) - Lady of the woods
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis) - Digest all that life throws at us
• Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) - Remembrance
• Sage (Salvia officinalis) - The healer
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) - Wash away worry & fear

It may seem like a lot of plants and it probably is but as I started to gather a few flowers and leaves from various plants in the garden, others started saying ‘me too!’. Their resilience through this trauma is a gift they are offering us too. We are all in this together.
