Yoga Postures & Plant Allies to restore harmony on the menopause journey
Renowned yoga teacher and ayurvedic practitioner Doris Blum, and Archeus founder and guide to nature-based wellness Georgina Langdale, will help you gain insight into how menopause can affect the body and emotions and what you can do to balance them. You’ll learn about plant allies and foods that can support you and yoga postures that can restore harmony to menopausal body and soul.

This workshop will take place at the Breathe Yoga Studio in Havelock North and promises to be three hours of great company, lots of laughter and empowering education. Doris and Georgina are both really looking forward to presenting this together and providing easy life hacks to help you on the menopause journey.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a notebook, a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one. No yoga experience necessary.
