Medicine as Food - Winter Plant Allies 1 May
When you start to see plants for the medicine as well as for their beauty or as an ingredient in a meal it's like the whole world opens up. Food becomes medicine (n a good way), kitchen ingredients can become wondrous and a meal is transformed from fuel to a moment of healing.
So for this, the last in the Archeus Autumn Seminar Series, we're going to have fun discovering our winter plan allies and delicious ways to incorporate them into our meals. We may also find that you'll never look at common kitchen herbs like rosemary the same way again! And instead of trying to get rid of 'weeds' like dandelion and nettle, you'll be seeking them out to add to mouth-watering dishes.
Archeus founder and guide to nature-based wellness, Georgina Langdale will show you ways that you can bring the medicinal benefits of some plants and spices into your kitchen and create healing food and beverages for the winter months ahead.
Bring a notepad and pen and your passion to discover more about the healing power of plants in the kitchen.
