Our return policy for purchases made online with us is very simple: if you are not happy with your product in any way, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
Please use the Contact Us tab to email us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), batch number and best before date information from the product packaging (you will find this on the bottom of the jar or bottle), and the reason you are dissatisfied.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.

Because we use only the finest natural ingredients we can source, and make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, you may notice minor changes to the scent and texture of our products between orders. These are due to seasonal and other fluctuations in our ingredients and the production style of the individual maker. You can take these as sure signs of our commitment to natural and freshly made products.
