Sleep. What's it like for you?
I've been trying out different sleep balm formulas for some time now and this one seems to be working well for me and for some friends who have volunteered to be guinea pigs. For women going through menopause, this balm is a great companion to the Transition Drops to help soothe and calm those menopausal sleep disturbances.
This is made from a selection of herbs long used to aid sleep, including lavender, hops, chamomile and mugwort. Many of the plant materials used in this balm comes from the Archeus gardens. They have been slowly macerated in organic sunflower oils so that their calming and sleep-inducing properties are extracted into the oil. It really is quite dreamy!
To Use: I like to apply a dab of this balm to my temples, forehead, back of neck and heart and throat chakras when I go to bed.
PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT use this balm if you are pregnant or trying to conceive. It contains mugwort which is a beautiful herb and can create wonderful lucid dreaming, but its strong relaxant properties can impact the uterus.
