Summer's here (in the southern hemisphere anyway!) and Matcha tea is the coolest iced tea on the block. The West is starting to catch on to the benefits and delicious taste of Matcha so here's your chance to get ahead of the curve.
When the weather's really hot I make iced Matcha. It's easy and so super-deliciously good for you. Add a little bit of hot water first. Whisk the Matcha with the water then pour it into a jug or some other container you may have handy. Add more cold water and keep it in the fridge. I give it a bit of a stir or whisk before serving. It is lovely with a block or two of ice in it, like in the picture here. Sadly though I don't have any of the lovely Matcha crackers available...yet!
